Susan’s favorite assignments combine research, positioning and messaging, and writing articles, blog posts, op-eds, speeches, white papers, research reports and web copy. She also coaches executives and facilitates hands-on workshops on messaging, and media and presentation skills.

A former business journalist and technology market analyst, Susan ran her own public relations firm in Silicon Valley for 10 years. When her firm was acquired by an international PR agency, she became a Partner and Director of the firm’s Global Technology Practice.

Organizations Susan has worked with in her career include American Express, Apple, FedEx, IBM, Intuit, and for the U.S. Department of Education and numerous startups and nonprofits.

Susan has published hundreds of articles on topics such as leadership, innovation, globalization, branding, technology, healthcare, education reform, finance, and security. She has ghosted or co-authored six books. She currently serves on the boards of two nonprofits, the Center for Climate Protection and New York Theatre Barn.

Rob’s clients have included Carbonite, Carbon War Room, Hyperion, SunEdison, Squire Sanders, Teradata and Tropos Networks.

A prolific writer, Rob’s work appears in major news outlets and he contributed extensively to “Creating Climate Wealth,” an upcoming book by Jigar Shah, founder of SunEdison and the first CEO of Richard Branson’s Carbon War Room.

A gifted storyteller, Jillian has written and performed with the Moth, a nationally-acclaimed storytelling series, and produces the monthly San Francisco and Berkeley shows.
